Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery

  • The request is made after 24 hours of delivery

  • The issue is due to a change of mind

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via phone or email within 24 hours of receiving your order

  2. Share your order details along with photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed

  • Refunds are usually issued within 5–7 working days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another agreed method

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Replacement products are shipped after the returned item is received (if applicable)

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returns due to our error (damaged/incorrect items) will be covered by OmniCart

  • In other cases, shipping charges may be deducted or charged separately
