You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
The product is unused and in its original packaging
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
The product has been used or damaged after delivery
The request is made after 24 hours of delivery
The issue is due to a change of mind
To initiate a return:
Contact us via phone or email within 24 hours of receiving your order
Share your order details along with photos/videos of the issue
Our team will guide you through the return process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed
Refunds are usually issued within 5–7 working days
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another agreed method
Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Replacement products are shipped after the returned item is received (if applicable)
Shipping costs for returns due to our error (damaged/incorrect items) will be covered by OmniCart
In other cases, shipping charges may be deducted or charged separately
